This highly innovative school is a newly constructed 155,000 SF facility for the Snohomish School District. This school was designed to meet the Living Building Challenge and to be the most sustainable public middle school in the country. Extremely energy efficient, the owner has greater flexibility when planning future budgets.  Advanced lighting control installed in the classrooms, detects the level of ambient light coming in from outside and dims the classroom lighting to provide the right amount of light at all times.
