Located in Lower Queen Anne neighborhood, this project features one and two bedroom live/work apartments.  It consists of 128 units over seven floors with 2 levels of parking below grade.  Amenities include a fitness room, a 7000 sq ft landscaped rooftop deck with a grilling station and herb garden.  The project was certified LEED Silver.
